Our receptionists provide that all important first link with the practice. They can provide basic information on services and results and will try to direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries. They are there to help you and all your enquiries are dealt with in the strictest confidence - if they ask you for information, it is simply to try and direct you to the person best able to help you.
